Job summary

PALFINGER MARINE's Training & Experience Center seeks a hands-on technical trainer to deliver sessions, develop materials, and support capability development across our international network.

You will combine marine engineering expertise with teaching flair, maintain equipment, and ensure safety while helping customers and partners grow their skills.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Several years of hands-on field experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic or marine equipment.
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, coach, or technical mentor is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical training sessions using training equipment, demonstrations, and real-life service scenarios
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and technical documentation
• Ensure training content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments and company standards
• Maintain training equipment and create a safe, effective, and engaging learning environment
• Act as a technical expert, supporting knowledge transfer and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs
