Peritus Group is seeking a Marine Bunker Surveyor to support fuel quantity verification on seagoing vessels across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will attend bunker operations on board, perform surveys, and verify deliveries using conventional methods and MFM systems.

Qualifications

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driving licence (Category B) with confident driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, including occasional evening, night, and weekend assignments.
• Experience in marine surveying (preferred).
• Bunkering operations (preferred).
• Merchant shipping (preferred).
• Tanker operations (preferred).
• Engine room operations (preferred).
• Marine engineering (preferred).
• Maritime logistics (preferred).
• Fuel quality or quantity inspections (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attend bunker operations on board seagoing vessels.
• Perform fuel quantity surveys before, during, and after bunkering.
• Verify bunker deliveries using both conventional measurement methods and Mass Flow Meter (MFM) systems.
• Witness fuel sampling procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Peritus Group is looking for a Marine Bunker Surveyor to support fuel quantity verification operations on board seagoing vessels throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
