Job summary

Philips in the Netherlands offers an HR internship within a high-volume manufacturing environment in Drachten. You will join the Manufacturing People Partner team, contributing to HR operations, data analysis and local employee relations for a large production facility.

You are a Bachelor’s student in HR/Business Admin, fluent in Dutch and English, organized and proactive. The role requires full-time attendance (40h) with some flexibility for 32h minimum, and in-person collaboration at least 3

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Organised, communicative, proactive, and able to work independently. Excel skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support absenteeism processes: registration, administration and leader follow-up.
• Assist with engagement initiatives by preparing communications and follow-up plans.
• Coordinate the conversion of agency/temporary workers to direct contracts.
• Advise and support managers on HR matters and performance improvement follow-ups.
• Provide general HR administrative support to manufacturing teams.
• Collect, analyse and report HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
