Digital Talent Hunters is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Valkenswaard, Netherlands. You will bridge engineering, work preparation and production to ensure manufacturability, efficiency and high quality. The role supports the company's transition to automated, specialized manufacturing with room for personal initiative.

You will contribute to new machinery, tooling, automation and digital solutions while growing into NPI projects and process development within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Technical background with affinity for metalworking and machining.
• Understands CNC operations and shop floor dynamics.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production orders are technically correct and run smoothly through the factory.
• Translate customer information, drawings and STEP files into production data.
• Contribute to manufacturability, efficiency, quality and lead time discussions.
