Job summary

High Tech Source, based near Den Bosch, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to scale early-stage products into efficient, repeatable production. You will design manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly systems while collaborating with engineering and production teams.

You’ll be involved from first builds through ramp-up and scaling, focusing on cost, quality, and throughput improvements. A degree in engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing are preferred, with electronics experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
• Degree in mechanical, industrial, or systems engineering.
• Experience in small to medium-scale assembly environments.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and quality systems.
• Bonus: experience with electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale production processes and line architectures.
• Develop layouts, capacity planning, and takt time models.
• Define production cells, material flow, and staffing.
• Select and validate tooling, equipment, and automation.
• Lead pilot builds and industrialization phases.

About the role

For our client in Den Bosch we’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to help scale early-stage products into efficient, repeatable production. In this role, you’ll design manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly systems while working closely with engineering and production teams.
