ASML in the Netherlands is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to act as a key finance partner, delivering historical and forward-looking financial plans and insights. You will support high-quality decision-making by improving performance management processes and driving efficient analyses across global stakeholders.

You will pursue world-class results by refining processes, tools, and reports, while collaborating with SMEs and teams across disciplines in a fast-paced, international manufacturing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Economics.
• 1-3 years in a Finance environment.
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Extensive experience managing complex financial processes and planning tools (SAP preferred).
• Experience in a high-tech, international public group is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and drive the monthly forecasting process and act as the key point of contact for tooling and process-related questions for stakeholders worldwide.
• Consolidate and report the forecast, providing reliable management information to stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and monitor financial risks and opportunities, and translate them into executable actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by initiating changes with SMEs to enhance planning information, tools, processes, analysis, and organization.
• Collaborate with and challenge other teams to achieve high-quality standards.
