NCC Group is seeking a Managing Security Consultant specialized in Cyber Crisis management in Rijswijk, Netherlands. You will lead client engagements, design and run cyber crisis readiness exercises, and guide organisations on risk mitigation and resilience.
You will translate complex technical issues into business-focused recommendations, oversee junior consultants, and collaborate across teams to enhance cyber resilience programs.

As a Managing Security Consultant specialising in Cyber Crisis management, you will help organisations strengthen their ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents.
Using your industry experience and technical expertise, you will provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the delivery of cyber resilience programmes, crisis management exercises, and incident response preparedness activities. You will translate complex technical issues into clear, business-focused recommendations that support effective decision-making and organisational resilience.
You will lead client engagements and manage projects or workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will also provide guidance and oversight to junior consultants, foster collaboration across the team, and share knowledge and lessons learned to continuously develop capability within the practice.
