Job summary

Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, seeks a Managing Director in Cybersecurity & AI Trust to drive growth through sales and people management. You will work with Directors and Partners worldwide, including teams in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities include leading sales and delivery engagements, steering proposals, achieving targets, and guiding industry strategies while building and directing a high-performing consulting team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree completed.
• 8+ years experience in a consultancy.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or transformation.
• Capability in selling and delivering advisory engagements.
• Strong interest in data and AI; able to develop expertise quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German a plus.
• Ability to build and foster a team-oriented environment; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing and new clients.
• Lead commercial proposals with senior teams.
• Attain sales and delivery targets.
• Lead business delivery and team management at clients.
• Provide industry guidance and best-practice implementation.
• Build and lead a team of consultants for missions and deals.
