Sia Partners in Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated cybersecurity and AI enthusiast with 0–3 years in consultancy to join our Cybersecurity & AI Trust unit. You will work across Consulting, Implementation and Audit on cybersecurity offers spanning strategy, risk, compliance, operations, and resilience, leveraging data and AI to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• 0–3 years of consultancy experience with cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; quick to build expertise.
• Proficient in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud, and cryptography.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Cyber Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Resilience offerings.
• Support client engagements in consulting, implementation, and audit.
• Develop SaaS solutions in Sia CyberLab and run PoCs.
• Represent the firm at professional events and contribute to publications.
