Marktlink Transaction Services is seeking an experienced Transaction Services specialist to add value across the due diligence process. You will work with a growing, entrepreneurial team and advise on risks, drivers, and value creation in buy-side and sell-side deals.

You will play a key role in expanding Transaction Services within the Marktlink Group, collaborating with managing partners and clients while applying strong financial modelling and communication skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• 4–6 years’ experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services.
• Fluent Dutch and proficient English.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset; strong client focus.

Mansioni

• Carry out financial due diligence investigations and advisory with the team.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for carrying out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with your team);
• You are driving new business pipelines and generating business;
• You are the first point of contact throughout the financial due diligence process;
• You contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner; and
• You are advising on the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.

Your profile

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind set, you are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities and strive for collective success. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that, we would like you to have:

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as an Senior Associate or Manager;
• You bring 4-6 years’ experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services;
• Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities;
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint);
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed;
• Strong project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
• Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge;
• A can-do attitude and no nonsense approach;
• For this role fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
