Lamers High Tech Systems, part of Aalberts advanced mechatronics, is a specialist in ultra-high purity gas and fluid systems for demanding environments. Lamers designs, engineers, produces, qualifies and installs complex systems where quality, reliability, precision and predictability are essential. Lamers has locations in Nijmegen and Wijchen.
Driven by growing demand and a clear long-term ambition, Lamers is looking for a Manager Supply Chain Planning to build, lead and further professionalize the planning function in a high-tech environment where reliable delivery, capacity and customer-driven demand define the game.
As Manager Supply Chain Planning, you lead and further professionalize the sales, inventory and operations planning function within Lamers. You manage the production and MPS planners and take ownership of the planning process, from demand review and master production scheduling to production planning and execution. Your leadership combines direction and structure with a hands‑on mindset: close to the content and the team, and willing to step into the details when it matters.
You are the connecting link between sales, operations, procurement, finance and supply chain. You look beyond today’s operation and translate market and business developments into realistic mid‑ and long‑term plans, in a dynamic environment with many moving parts and different interests.
This is a role for a manager with a hands‑on mindset rather than a high‑level S&OP specialist who steers from a distance. You take ownership across the daily operation, mid‑term master planning and longer‑term scenarios, and you step into the data and the details when it matters. The assignment is clear: bring stability, structure, predictability and drive into planning as volumes increase.
You will join a planning organization that is being further professionalized, including the move towards a new ERP environment, a context in which you can shape the next phase rather than step into a fully finished machine.
