Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Manager for SAP Analytics & Reporting to lead analytics implementations and drive data-driven decision making for international clients.

You will oversee project delivery, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and shape analytics strategies across Datasphere, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA embedded analytics, and SAC. This role emphasizes client relationships and strategic advisory capability.

Qualifications

• Led end-to-end analytics implementations within SAP platforms including Datasphere, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA and SAC.
• Demonstrated 6+ years of experience managing analytics projects or teams.
• Preferably previous consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team during SAP analytics implementations – often as part of S/4HANA projects – and proactively managing milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies together with our clients.
• Gather and translate reporting requirements, architecting functional and technical solutions for business use cases (with SAP and non‑SAP products).
• Utilize advanced visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders (primarily SAC).
• Provide substantive advice on commercial projects in the role of subject matter expert.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP analytics professionals, guiding data modelling, analysis, and interpretation techniques.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships, earning a trusted advisor status.
