• Establish best practices for project oversight, risk management, and quality standards.
• Synthesize field insights to provide feedback to Engineering and Product management.
• Serve as escalation point for high-stakes customer situations.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers through structured career pathways and technical coaching.
