Our Service department is responsible for the maintenance, service, and service sales of wind turbines across Denmark and Benelux. The Customer Service Manager team plays a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring contractual service levels are met, and delivering on strategic goals. We are now seeking a new Manager to lead our experienced Customer Service Manager team based in one of our main offices in Videbæk Denmark, Houthalen Belgium or Arnhem Netherlands. This role is key to supporting our service growth and advancing commercial and contractual excellence throughout the region. Join us on this exciting journey in a rapidly expanding area of Vestas.

Responsibilities:

As Manager, you will lead your team to enhance financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will represent the commercial and contractual aspects of our service business, ensuring strategic execution and setting clear commercial goals. You'll raise the quality of reporting and continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
