Job Description
The Manager, Compliance Execution Team, EMEA – Training & Communications is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving Health Care compliance training programs, and compliance communications. This role ensures that compliance expectations are clear, accessible, and effectively embedded across the organization. By partnering closely with Health Care Compliance, Legal, Communications, and business leaders, this position plays a critical role in strengthening a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision‑making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee regional compliance training strategies, curricula, and delivery models.
- Develop clear, effective compliance communications that reinforce expectations and drive awareness.
- Partner with Health Care Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align policies and training with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effectiveness of training through metrics, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team and/or matrixed resources, fostering high performance and engagement.
- Oversee compliance‑related change management and communication planning for new or updated requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to compliance policies and training programs.
- Prepare and present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption, third‑party risk, or other business related fields.
- Robust understanding anti‑corruption, Health Care compliance, and third‑party risk management frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead operational teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well‑reasoned decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels and countries.
- Fluency in English required; Additional market specific fluency preferred.
