Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Manager, Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) for the EMEA region, based in any major J&J location. You will lead end-to-end transparency reporting governance, data management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence across countries.

The role requires 5–7 years in HCC or related compliance, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HCC or a related compliance function.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Ability to consolidate data into meaningful quantitative analysis.
• Experience with database and reporting tools.
• Experience managing recurring, complex compliance or regulatory reporting processes.
• Experience supporting operational excellence or process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
