Qualifications

• Proven professional experience working within the Netherlands, ideally in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and investigations.
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of the Ethics & Compliance programme across EMEA.
• Monitor and assess regulatory and legal developments.
• Contribute to the design and auditing of policies and procedures.
• Lead regional compliance risk assessments.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to employees.
• Enhance incident management processes, including whistleblowing frameworks.
• Lead internal investigations across EMEA.
• Collaborate with global Legal & Compliance teams.
