Qualifications

Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of the Ethics & Compliance programme across EMEA.
Monitor and assess regulatory and legal developments.
Contribute to the design and auditing of policies and procedures.
Lead regional compliance risk assessments.
Deliver training and awareness initiatives to employees.
Enhance incident management processes, including whistleblowing frameworks.
Lead internal investigations across EMEA.
Collaborate with global Legal & Compliance teams.
