Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Manager Automated Trade Solutions, GTS Delivery Lead to steer the SAP GTS workstream in the ESPHORA transformation. You will partner with business, IT, and external consultants to ensure compliant, efficient trade processes across the global SAP landscape.

The role requires deep SAP GTS expertise, S/4HANA integration know-how, and strong stakeholder management within a global matrix organization.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) within Fresenius Medical Care’s global S/4HANA transformation program, ESPHORA. You will be responsible for aligning business requirements, managing project scope, driving implementation activities, and ensuring successful deployments across all phases of the program.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver solutions across Compliance Management, Customs Management, Preference Management, Intrastat Reporting, and Product Identifier processes. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure that global trade requirements are integrated effectively into the broader transformation landscape

In addition, you will contribute to the development of the global GTS roadmap, support regulatory and compliance initiatives, drive process automation opportunities, and help optimize global trade operations through scalable and sustainable solutions. You will also manage external partners and provide project leadership for selected Automated Trade Solutions initiatives beyond the ESPHORA program.

Your Profile:

• You have at least 5 years of SAP GTS experience and have successfully delivered end-to-end SAP GTS implementations in complex international environments.
• You bring strong knowledge of trade compliance, customs management, SAP S/4HANA integration, and cross-functional project delivery, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• You are a collaborative, delivery-oriented professional who can influence across business and IT teams, solve complex challenges, and drive results in a global matrix organization.
