Job summary

McDonald's Midden Limburg en Maastricht Centrum is looking for a Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and learn how to lead and motivate a team. You’ll be involved in the restaurant and learn to oversee and schedule colleagues to ensure a smooth operation from kitchen to administrative tasks.

You’ll progress along a learning path toward the role of Shift Manager, with guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities for advancement after completion.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO level of work and thinking.
• Hospitality or retail experience is a plus; training provided.
