Job summary

McDonald’s Midden Limburg en Maastricht Centrum is hiring Crew Members for flexible, part-time roles in our restaurants. You’ll learn on the job, support your teammates, and help deliver a great guest experience across hot and cold stations.

Opportunities for growth include progressing to Crew Trainer or Floor Manager, with paid training and access to courses. Personal development is encouraged in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to help guests and deliver a friendly service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders at the counter or drive-thru with a smile.
• Prepare food and ensure items are cooked and presented well.
• Fry French fries and assemble menu items like Big Mac.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards throughout shifts.
• Assist teammates and support operations during peak hours.
