Job summary

Aalberts zoekt een onderhoudstechnicus in Almere die verantwoordelijk is voor het preventief onderhouden en updaten van geavanceerde productiesystemen. Je werkt met Siemens S7 en TIAP Portal en steunt bij technologische verbeteringen in een moderne werkomgeving.

Je hebt een MBO-niveau 3 in relevante richting en aantoonbare industriële onderhoudservaring. Een tweeploegendienst hoort bij de functie en biedt kansen op professionele groei en een solide pensioenregeling.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 in mechanische, elektrotechniek of mechatronica vereist.
• Ervaring met industriële onderhoud en storingsdiagnose is een must.
• Kennis van mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Voert preventief onderhoud uit aan diverse machines en installaties.
• Diagnostiseert en lost storingen op in mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen.
• Draagt bij aan technische verbeterprojecten en machine-upgrades.
• Gebruikt automatiseringssystemen zoals Siemens S7 en TIAP Portal voor optimalisatie.
• Registreert onderhoudsactiviteiten en deelt inzichten voor continue verbetering.

As a maintenance technician at Aalberts in Almere, you’ll be at the frontier of ensuring our advanced production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections on a variety of machinery and installations.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Collaborating on technical improvement projects and machine upgrades to enhance performance.
• Utilizing automation systems such as Siemens S7 and TIA Portal to optimize operations.
• Recording maintenance activities and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Gross monthly salary between €4,350 and €5,550, based on your experience and expertise.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role (32-40 hours per week) in a structured two-shift schedule (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
