Luba zoekt een Onderhoudsmonteur voor een volledig geautomatiseerd distributiecentrum in Zaandam. U lost storingen op aan mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechniek, voert onderhoud uit en documenteert activiteiten. U werkt aan geavanceerde systemen en krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor continuïteit van de logistiek.

Salaris tot €5.400 bruto per maand incl. 30% ploegentoeslag; vijf ploegendienst met 4 vrije dagen en reisvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als technicus in elektrische engineering, mechatronica, of controle technologie.
• Ervaring met analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken en kalm te blijven bij een stilstand.
• Interesse in besturingstechniek; PLC-ervaring is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

Job description

Work in a fully automated distribution centre, earn up to €5,400 gross per month and troubleshoot faults across mechanical, electrical and control systems.

Over het werk

As a maintenance technician, you will work in a large, fully automated distribution centre where technology is constantly in motion. Conveyor systems, roller conveyors, lifts and other automated installations ensure that enormous volumes of goods are moved throughout the warehouse. If a system comes to a standstill, that is where your work becomes interesting: identifying the cause of the problem and getting the system back up and running as quickly as possible.

You will work with a broad combination of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and control technology. One fault may be caused by a mechanical component, while the next may require electrical troubleshooting or analysing the control system. You will look beyond simply replacing a faulty component: you will determine the root cause and identify what is needed to resolve the issue properly.

Using advanced monitoring applications, you can see what is happening within the system and systematically identify technical and system-related faults. You will carry out repairs and maintenance and accurately document significant breakdowns and maintenance activities.

It is precisely this combination that makes the role so interesting: rather than working on a single machine, you will work with an entire automated system in which different technologies come together. You will have the freedom to investigate faults independently, develop solutions and further expand your knowledge of control technology and PLC systems.

Wat wij bieden

• A gross monthly salary of approximately €4,420 to €5,400, including a 30% shift allowance, depending on your knowledge and experience
• An attractive five-shift schedule: 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts and 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off
• 27 days of annual leave: 20 statutory holiday days plus 7 flexible leave days

Wat wij vragen

• You have experience as a technician in electrical engineering, mechatronics, control technology and/or the maintenance of machinery and installations
• You have experience analysing and resolving technical faults
• You are able to work independently, think in terms of solutions and remain calm when an installation comes to a standstill
• You have an interest in control technology; experience with PLCs is an advantage
• You have good spoken Dutch and/or English and are willing to work in a five-shift system
