Job summary

Penn Color, Inc. in Venray, Netherlands, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production, lab and warehouse equipment in peak condition and minimize downtime.

You will perform maintenance, manage preventive programs, troubleshoot issues, and support improvement projects while coordinating with the Plant Manager and other teams. A technical MBO-level education and good English are required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical MBO-level education in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics.
• Practical experience with machine maintenance is a plus.
• Problem-solving, quality-focused and efficient.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Enjoys a clean and safe working environment.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

Job Description:

Are you a hands-on technical professional with a passion for maintenance and optimization?
We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our machines, equipment, and facilities are always in top condition.

What you’ll do

In this versatile role, you are the go-to person for maintenance across our production, laboratory, and warehouse. You make sure everything runs smoothly and respond quickly and effectively when needed.

• Perform service and maintenance on machines and installations
• Manage and update the preventive maintenance program
• Troubleshoot and fix issues to minimize downtime
• Support and contribute to technical improvement projects
• Prepare annual maintenance schedules, including calibrations and contractor work
• Assist production, lab, and warehouse teams with maintenance tasks

• Maintain facilities and buildings

Work is performed in day shift (07:00–15:30) or 2-shift rotation (06:00–14:30 / 13:30–22:00), depending on planning and availability.
