Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands seeks a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair factory equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support production line changes. You will calibrate instruments, inspect systems, and keep accurate maintenance records while coordinating with third parties as needed.

The role requires an MBO-level technical background (mechatronics or electrical engineering), knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics, and multi-year experience.

Qualifications

• MBO level qualification in mechatronics or electrical engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics or willingness to take courses.
• Several years of relevant industry experience.
• Familiarity with machining and CNC control.
• PLC knowledge (Siemens S7) is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office software suites.
• Able to set priorities and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible in task execution and willing to participate in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair malfunctions in machines and process installations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and occasional modification work.
• Calibrate measurement equipment and conduct periodic inspections.
• Assist in setting up and modifying production lines.
• Maintain inspection and fault records; update work instructions and forms.
• Coordinate with external contractors as needed; report to the Manager Technical Services.

Maintenance Technician

Als Maintenance Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig verhelpen van storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhouds- en modificatiewerkzaamheden aan machines, procesinstallaties en -apparatuur. Je voornaamste taken zijn:

• Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud
• Analyse van storingen / downtime om de onderliggende oorzaken te identificeren en te verhelpen
• Uitvoeren van modificatie- en revisiewerkzaamheden
• Kalibreren van meetapparatuur
• Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties
• Ondersteunen bij het opzetten en wijzigingen van productielijnen
• Het verrichten van de bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het bijhouden van de inspectie- en storingsgegevens en het opstellen en wijzigen van werkvoorschriften, formulieren, e.d. behoren ook tot je taken.
• Je stemt tevens met enige regelmaat werkzaamheden af die zijn uitbesteed aan derden.
• Je rapporteert aan de Manager Technical Services.

Kwalificaties/Vereisten:

Je functioneert op MBO niveau. Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek of je bent bereid een aanvullende opleiding of cursussen te volgen

Je hebt kennis van hydrauliek en pneumatiek of je bent bereid cursussen hierin te volgen

Je beschikt over meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring

Je bent bekend met verspanende technieken en CNC besturing

Kennis van PLC’s is een pre (Siemens S7)

Je hebt kennis van MS office software pakketten

Je bent goed in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en je bent stressbestendig

Je bent flexibel in de uitoefening van je taken en werktijden. Je bent tevens bereid mee te werken in de consignatiedienst.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€40,000.00 - €63,020.00
