Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join the Leiden team. You will execute daily production tasks, maintain records, and follow SOPs and GMP to ensure compliant outcomes.

Based in Leiden, you will process ingredients and new pharmaceutical products with a focus on safety and quality, while completing required training and contributing improvement ideas. This role includes shift work and an inclusive hiring process.

Qualifications

• MBO‑2 diploma with at least 18 months’ relevant experience, or non‑relevant MBO‑2 with at least 3 years’ meaningful experience.
• Dutch or English at B1 level.
• Basic MS Office skills and entry‑level ability with business applications.
• Quality‑oriented, precise, and comfortable following clear procedures.
• Flexible, positive attitude and able to work well in a team under supervision.
• Willing and able to work on a shift roster.

• Suggest and apply basic process–improvement ideas that enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, or scheduling.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€36,300.00 - €51,865.00
