Job summary

everox is building a maintenance foundation for its first commercial plant in ’s-Gravendeel. You will design maintenance plans, define spare-parts strategy and drive reliability enhancements with JV partners to ensure reliable operation.

You’ll collaborate with everox engineers, suppliers and JV teams, turning data into standards and scaling the maintenance blueprint for future plants as we grow.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering.
• 5–10 years in maintenance engineering or reliability roles.
• Experience setting up or improving maintenance plans and CMMS.
• Strong preventive maintenance and spare-parts planning.
• Experience with reliability methods: FMEA/RCM and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Experience in cement/concrete or related industries preferred.
• Proficient in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance plans for the ’s-Gravendeel plant.
• Own equipment reliability: analyze failures, downtime and maintenance data, lead root-cause analyses and implement improvements.
• Set up the maintenance management system (CMMS) and planning/reporting processes.
• Develop spare- and wear-parts approach, including pricing for parts for JV.
• Act as the maintenance engineering link between everox, JV operations, suppliers and service partners.
• Continuously optimize maintenance intervals and translate lessons into standards for future plants.
