Job summary

Manpower in Terneuzen is seeking a Maintenance Planner for day shifts to assemble complete work packages for maintenance and turnaround activities. You will ensure tasks are executed safely, efficiently and according to plan, coordinating with engineering, procurement and execution teams.

You will work full-time (06:00–18:00) on-site, drawing on SAP knowledge and technical drawings, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

Minimum MBO-4 level in maintenance/engineering.
Experience in maintenance, engineering, or turnaround planning.
Good command of Dutch and English; written and verbal.
Knowledge of SAP, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures.
Accuracy, technical insight, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Compile complete job packages based on maintenance orders.
Check drawings, materials and specifications for accuracy.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
Adjust and supplement packages during execution (add-ons).
Work according to global maintenance processes (GMWP).
Monitor quality, safety and cost efficiency.

You will earn up to €5,400 gross per month, plus travel allowance and pension. Ready to take the maintenance process to the next level?

What you'll be doing

As a Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for drawing up safe and efficient work packages for various technical disciplines, such as pipefitters, welders, riggers, and inspectors. Your tasks include:

Compiling complete job packages based on maintenance orders
Checking drawings, materials, and specifications for accuracy
Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and execution
Adjusting and supplementing packages during execution (for add-ons)
Working according to global maintenance processes (GMWP)
Monitoring quality, safety, and cost efficiency
