Job summary

Manpower in Terneuzen is seeking a Maintenance Planner for day shifts to assemble complete work packages for maintenance and turnaround activities. You will ensure tasks are executed safely, efficiently and according to plan, coordinating with engineering, procurement and execution teams.

You will work full-time (06:00–18:00) on-site, drawing on SAP knowledge and technical drawings, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-4 level in maintenance/engineering.
• Experience in maintenance, engineering, or turnaround planning.
• Good command of Dutch and English; written and verbal.
• Knowledge of SAP, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Accuracy, technical insight, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile complete job packages based on maintenance orders.
• Check drawings, materials and specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
• Adjust and supplement packages during execution (add-ons).
• Work according to global maintenance processes (GMWP).
• Monitor quality, safety and cost efficiency.
