The HEINEKEN Company in Den Bosch is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate long-term and major maintenance planning across its breweries. You will drive standardization, improve maintenance processes, and align resources with TPM principles in a complex international environment.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will support breweries across the HEINEKEN cluster. Internally, this role is known as the Shared Support Hub Maintenance Processes & Planning Specialist (MPAPS). You will support breweries across the HEINEKEN cluster by coordinating long-term and major maintenance planning, improving maintenance processes, and building planning capabilities across our operating companies. Working closely with brewery teams, suppliers, S&OP stakeholders, and reliability experts, you will help ensure maintenance activities are planned effectively, resources are aligned, and downtime is optimized.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating alignment across breweries and driving excellence in maintenance planning and governance.
