Job summary

The July in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to ensure flawless operation of our aparthotel. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to keep systems in top shape and guest satisfaction high.

Responsibilities include tuning building systems, identifying early issues, and supporting preventive maintenance programs in a dynamic hospitality setting. English fluency and practical problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, aparthotel, or hospitality maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and working with contractors.
• Understanding of building automation and energy efficiency practices.
• Comfortable communicating in English, both speaking and writing.

The Job

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to help maintain and support the smooth operation of our property. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and the rest of the team to make sure everything’s running perfectly, creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
