Job summary

Kramp is seeking a Category Manager Machinery to shape the development of an international product category for dealers and agricultural customers across Europe. You will translate customer needs, market developments and performance data into clear assortment choices and commercial category plans, guiding investment and growth decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in category management, product management or another commercially responsible role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into decisions.
• Fluent English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Machinery category plan based on strategy, customer needs and performance data.
• Shape portfolio with assortment, brands, price tiers, new products and phase-outs.
• Monitor market developments and opportunities, translating insights into actions.
• Track sales, margins, stock, and profitability; take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Buying, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Compliance to implement plans.
