Job summary

Fuji Seal Europe is seeking an After-Sales Machinery Project Leader to ensure customer satisfaction from delivery through the machinery lifecycle. You will lead after-sales projects, including upgrades, maintenance and customer training, serving as the key link between customers and internal teams to translate technical and commercial needs into structured project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related technical field is required.
• Several years of experience as a Service Coordinator or Project Manager in a service-oriented environment, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales projects including upgrades, maintenance and customer training.
• Act as main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, service and support teams to ensure timely execution.
• Translate customer requirements into clear project plans and actionable steps.
• Monitor project timelines, costs and deliverables to ensure success.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication (phone, email, on-site visits).
• Identify opportunities for additional services or improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all activities meet quality standards and company procedures.
