Job summary

QED Technologies Europe, based in Delft, NL, is seeking a Machine Software Engineer to join the Software & Controls team within Development & Engineering. You will develop software for high-precision machines, integrate existing systems into the QED platform, and collaborate across the Netherlands and the United States on architecture and implementation.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, 3–5 years of experience, strong C# or Java skills, MVVM (WPF) experience, and excellent

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related engineering field.
3–5 years of software development experience.
Strong C# or Java experience and MVVM (WPF) familiarity.
Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop robust software that enables customers to operate high-precision machines effectively.
Work across the full software stack, with an initial focus on integrating existing systems into the QED platform.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands and the United States on architecture and implementation.
Contribute to improving and extending the functionality of existing systems.
Test and validate your software directly on machines in a hands-on environment.
