Job summary

Fresh Solutions Netherlands, part of the Greenyard Group, is seeking a Machine Operator for a dynamic production environment in Waddinxveen. You will work with sorting, packaging, weighing, and netting machines to ensure accurate settings, labels, and output.

You’ll prepare stations, supervise on the line, monitor progress, perform quality checks, and help keep equipment clean and data up to date. Training is provided for our machines.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Machine Operator.
• Stress-resistant, accurate, and technically minded.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Possession of a driving license.
• Flexible and willing to work on Saturdays.
• Experience in the fresh produce sector is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you ensure a smooth production process. You work with various machines such as sorting machines, packaging lines, weighing systems, and netting machines. You are responsible for correct machine settings, checking labels and weights, and guiding your team to achieve optimal output.

Your tasks include:

• Instructing employees on the production line
• Monitoring progress and troubleshooting issues
• Performing quality checks and minor maintenance
• Cleaning machines after production
• Recording production data and contributing improvement ideas
