Qualifications

• Ervaring als Machine Operator of soortgelijke productie-rol.
• Technisch inzicht en goed probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands of Engels.
• Basis computerkennis, incl. Word en Excel.
• Eigen vervoer (fiets, scooter of auto).
• Beschikbaarheid voor wisselende diensten, inclusief weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van productieapparatuur.
• Storingen en technische problemen opsporen en oplossen.
• Uitvoeren van product- en malwissels.
• Dagelijkse kwaliteitsinspecties en productiecontroles.
• Werken volgens kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
• Deelname aan dagelijkse overdrachten en teamoverleggen.

Over de functie

As a Machine Operator, you are an essential part of the production process. You ensure that machines run smoothly, production targets are achieved, and quality standards remain high.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines


• Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and technical issues


• Performing product and mold changes


• Carrying out daily quality inspections and production checks


• Working according to quality, safety, and hygiene regulations


• Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures


• Participating in daily shift handovers and team meetings with the Shift Leader

You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:

• 2 morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00


• 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 22:00


• 2 night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00


• Followed by 4 days off
