CANPACK Netherlands zoekt een Machine Operator in Helmond die werkt met volledig geautomatiseerde productielijnen en een bijdrage levert aan veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsgerichte productie.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst met ochtend, middag en nachtshifts, inclusief nachten en weekenden, en krijgt training, professionele ondersteuning en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een moderne, high-tech faciliteit.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als Machine Operator is een voordeel.
• Technisch inzicht en interesse in moderne machines.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands of Engels.
• Basis computervaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van geautomatiseerde productiemachines.
• Productieproces controleren en zorgen voor efficiënte werking van de machines.
• Machineonregelmatigheden en productieproblemen signaleren en reageren.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op eindproducten.
• Aanpassingen en basale interventies uitvoeren waar nodig.
• Productie-instructies en veiligheidsprocedures volgen.
• Werkplek schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden.
• Samenwerken met collega's en de Shift Leader om productie-doelstellingen te halen.
• Tijdens ploegovergangen informatie communiceren en overdragen.

Over de functie

As a Machine Operator at CANPACK, you are an important part of the production process. You work with advanced, fully automated machinery and make sure the production line runs safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machines
• Checking the production process and ensuring machines run efficiently
• Identifying and responding to machine irregularities and production issues
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Carrying out adjustments and basic interventions when required
• Following production instructions and established safety procedures
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with colleagues and the Shift Leader to achieve production targets
• Participating in shift handovers and communicating important production information

You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:

• 2 morning shifts: 06:00 - 14:00
• 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 - 22:00
• 2 night shifts: 22:00 - 06:00
• Followed by 4 days off

You will join CANPACK Netherlands, an international packaging company with a modern production facility in Helmond. Around 500 colleagues work at the site, producing high-quality beverage cans using advanced, fully automated production lines.

Wat wij vragen

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production environment is an advantage
• Technical insight and an interest in working with modern machinery
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Basic computer skills
• Own transportation to the workplace in Helmond
• Availability to work in a 5-shift rotation, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment

Experience in the packaging industry is not essential. We are especially interested in motivated people who are eager to learn, work well as part of a team, and take responsibility for their work.

• Gross hourly salary between €22.60 and €25.00
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
