Job summary

Qualifications

• Ervaring als Machine Operator of in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving.
• Technische inzicht en oplossingsvermogen.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Basiskennis van computersystemen.
• Eigen vervoer of woonachtig in de omgeving Eindhoven.
• Bereidheid tot ploegendiensten.
• Gemotiveerde en leergierige houding.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van productie machines.
• Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen en afwijkingen.
• Verwerken van machineomschakelingen en gereedschapswissels.
• Controleren van producten op kwaliteit.
• Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens.
• Werken volgens strikte veiligheids- en milieuregels.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.

As a Machine Operator, you are essential in the production process at DAF Trucks. You operate and adjust production machines so everything runs smoothly. You identify and solve technical malfunctions, handle tool changes, and check products according to set quality standards. You accurately record production data and always work according to current safety, quality, and environmental rules. During shift handovers, you share your knowledge and experiences with your teammates and actively contribute to improvements on the shop floor.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions and deviations
• Handle machine changeovers and tool changes
• Check products for quality
• Register production and quality data
• Work according to strict safety and environmental regulations
• Contribute ideas for process improvements
