Job summary

Bleckmann in Almelo is hiring a Machine Operator to keep our production running safely and efficiently. You will set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines, ensuring high quality and smooth workflows. You’ll monitor processes, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams.

Qualifications

Able to stay calm under pressure.
Interest in technology and production machines.
Capable of solving minor malfunctions independently.
Strong team player.

Technical experience or education is a plus.
