Job summary

Bleckmann in Almelo is hiring a Machine Operator to keep our production running safely and efficiently. You will set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines, ensuring high quality and smooth workflows. You’ll monitor processes, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams.

What will you do?

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping our production process running efficiently and safely. You ensure machines operate at peak performance and that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines
• Monitoring the production process and making adjustments where needed
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Solving minor technical issues and carrying out basic maintenance
• Collaborating with colleagues from production, logistics, and technical teams
• Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
