Henkel Nederland is seeking multiple Machine Operators to work in North Brabant across three departments and two facilities. You will operate production machines end-to-end, move heavy materials, and assist with basic repairs while coordinating with technicians.

Some roles may involve regional team leadership within a hands-on capacity. The role is a 24-month freelance contract with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts.

Formación

• Experience as a Machine Operator or Technician in a production facility.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machines from start to finish in production (mixing, filling, packaging).
• Move heavy bags of raw materials and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with technicians/engineering teams to resolve stops and defects.
• Perform QC checks and prepare samples for QA release.
