Job summary

MEERAB GROUP in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to develop predictive AI solutions such as churn prediction, forecasting and next-best-action. You will set up data and ML environments and act as a technical initiator while working in a hybrid on-site/remote setting.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ML pipelines, scalability and collaboration across data teams. Start with a strong data focus and contribute to innovative AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience within machine learning and data engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in building and operationalizing ML models end-to-end.
• Experience with churn prediction, forecasting, propensity modelling, next-best-action or similar use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, and ML pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Independent, T-shaped profile with sufficient seniority to act as a technical initiator.

Terms and conditions

• Start: 1 September 2026.
• Commitment: 32–40 hours per week.
• Contract duration: 6 months, with option to extend.
• Hybrid working: approximately 50% on-site and 50% remote.
