Job summary

Jobster in Gelderland zoekt een machine-assemblage technicus. Je monteert modules en complete machines op basis van tekeningen en klantspecificaties, in samenwerking met ervaren collega's.

Je werkt volgens planning, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Taken omvatten lezen van technische tekeningen, testen, afstellen en kalibreren, en het identificeren van technische problemen met voorstellen ter verbetering.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau opleiding of gelijkwaardig in een technische richting.
• Ervaring met mechanische assemblage, machineassemblage of machinebouw is een voordeel.
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te begrijpen.
• Sterke technische inzichten, nauwkeurigheid en oplossingsgerichtheid.
• Bij voorkeur vloeiend Duits, met een goed Engels of Nederlands taalvermogen.

Responsibilities

• Modules en complete machines monteren volgens tekeningen en specificaties.
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen en toepassen.
• Machines en componenten testen, afstellen en kalibreren.
• Technische problemen en afwijkingen identificeren en oplossen; voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.

As a machine assembly technician, you will assemble modules and complete machines based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure machines are assembled according to planning, quality standards and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling modules and complete machines;
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions;
• Testing, checking, adjusting and calibrating machines and components;
• Identifying and solving technical problems and deviations; Contributing ideas for improvements and working closely with other departments.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys building machines, solving technical problems and working as part of a team. You recognize yourself in the following:

• MBO-level education or equivalent in a technical field;
• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine assembly or machine building is an advantage;
• Able to read and understand technical drawings;
• Strong technical insight, accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Preferably fluent in German, with a good command of English or Dutch.
