Job summary

Start People wervt een machine-assemblage technicus in Nederland, regio Gelderland. Je assembleert modules en volledige machines volgens technische tekeningen en klantenspecificaties, werkt samen met ervaren collega's en zorgt dat alles volgens planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid verloopt.

Je werkzaamheden omvatten het lezen van tekeningen, testen en afstellen van machines, oplossen van technische problemen en het aandragen van verbeteringen binnen verschillende afdelingen.

Qualifications

• MBO- niveau opleiding in een technische richting.
• Ervaring in mechanische assemblage, machine assemblage of machinebouw is een voordeel.
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te begrijpen.
• Sterk technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
• Bij voorkeur vloeiend Duits, met een goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Modulen en complete machines assembleren.
• Lees en werk vanaf technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Testen, controleren, afstellen en kalibreren van machines en componenten.
• Technische problemen en afwijkingen identificeren en oplossen.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen en nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a machine assembly technician, you will assemble modules and complete machines based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure machines are assembled according to planning, quality standards and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling modules and complete machines;
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions;
• Testing, checking, adjusting and calibrating machines and components;
• Identifying and solving technical problems and deviations;
• Contributing ideas for improvements and working closely with other departments.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys building machines, solving technical problems and working as part of a team. You recognize yourself in the following:

• MBO-level education or equivalent in a technical field;
• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine assembly or machine building is an advantage;
• Able to read and understand technical drawings;
• Strong technical insight, accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Preferably fluent in German, with a good command of English or Dutch.
