Job summary

Start People zoekt een machine-assembly technicus voor montage van modules en complete machines op basis van technische tekeningen en klantspecificaties. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's om volgens planning, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheid te presteren.

Je hebt een technische MBO-opleiding, ervaring in mechanische assemblage is een plus, en je begrijpt tekeningen. Een internationale werkomgeving en doorgroeimogelijkheden vormen onderdeel van de positie.

Qualifications

• Je houdt van het bouwen van machines en het oplossen van technische problemen.
• Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en vertalen naar montagehandelingen.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht in een team.
• Inzicht in mechanische systemen en kwaliteitsbewaking is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Monteren van modules en complete machines volgensSpecificaties en planning.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Testen, controleren, afstellen en kalibreren van machines en componenten.
• Identificeren en oplossen van technische problemen en afwijkingen.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen in samenwerking met andere afdelingen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a machine assembly technician, you will assemble modules and complete machines based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure machines are assembled according to planning, quality standards and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling modules and complete machines;
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions;
• Testing, checking, adjusting and calibrating machines and components;
• Identifying and solving technical problems and deviations;
• Contributing ideas for improvements and working closely with other departments.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys building machines, solving technical problems and working as part of a team. You recognize yourself in the following:

• MBO-level education or equivalent in a technical field;
• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine assembly or machine building is an advantage;
• Able to read and understand technical drawings;
• Strong technical insight, accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Preferably fluent in German, with a good command of English or Dutch.
