Job summary

Start People zoekt een machine-assembly technician voor een internationaal technisch productiebedrijf in Nederland. Je assembleert modules en complete machines volgens technische tekeningen en klantspecificaties, en werkt samen met ervaren collega’s om te voldoen aan planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Wij vragen mbo-niveau in een technische richting, ervaring in mechanische assemblage is een voordeel, en tekeningen lezen is essentieel.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau in technische richting vereist.
• Ervaring in mechanische assemblage is een plus.
• In staat tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
• Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en praktische mindset.
• Bij voorkeur vloeiend Duits, met goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Module- en machine-assemblage volgens tekeningen en instructies.
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen en toepassen.
• Testen, afstellen en kalibreren van machines/onderdelen.
• Identificeren en oplossen van technische afwijkingen; verbeteren waar mogelijk.
• Samenwerking met andere afdelingen en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.

As a machine assembly technician, you will assemble modules and complete machines based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure machines are assembled according to planning, quality standards and safety requirements.

As a machine assembly technician, you will assemble modules and complete machines based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Together with experienced colleagues, you make sure machines are assembled according to planning, quality standards and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling modules and complete machines;
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions;
• Testing, checking, adjusting and calibrating machines and components;
• Identifying and solving technical problems and deviations; Contributing ideas for improvements and working closely with other departments.

• A gross monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,300, depending on experience;

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys building machines, solving technical problems and working as part of a team. You recognize yourself in the following:

• MBO-level education or equivalent in a technical field;
• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine assembly or machine building is an advantage;
• Able to read and understand technical drawings;
• Strong technical insight, accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Preferably fluent in German, with a good command of English or Dutch.
