Job summary

Boels Rental is seeking a Project manager M&A and Integration to lead post-acquisition integration efforts from Sittard (40 hours/week). You will align people, processes and systems for operational efficiency and strategic fit, coordinating Finance, Legal, IT, HR and more.

You will support due diligence, identify opportunities and risks early, and drive change management across the organization while reporting to the M&A and Integration lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business process integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of IT systems, data migration, and integration.
• Professional level in Dutch is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams across departments.
• Manage integration timelines, KPIs and resources to minimise disruption.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and processes.
• Support due diligence by assessing financial and operational risks and fit.
• Drive change management efforts and support organizational change.
