Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a Stock Controller to support the Stock Manager in warehouse management, ensuring proper handling of products for in-store and ecommerce channels while meeting KPI targets. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with Store Operations and Merchandising teams.

You will help maintain product protection, manage receipts and storage, and coordinate transfers, e-commerce shipments, and stock documentation across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service expectations.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Capable of working both in a team and autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care and protection of products according to guidelines and KPI targets.
• Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing items for sales floors and special areas.
• Coordinate shop-to-shop transfers and returns within timelines.
• Oversee e-commerce order flow (Prada.com and e-tailers) to guarantee service levels.
• Manage flow of damaged/not sellable products and goods under repair.
• Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects in stores and IT systems.
