Job summary

Prada Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Stock Controller to support the Stock Manager in warehouse management and to serve the Store. You will ensure proper handling of goods, compliance with KPIs, and provide excellent service to customers both in-store and online.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, strong organizational skills, and teamwork. You will collaborate with Store Operations and Visual Merchandising to optimize stock flow and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Being able to work in a team as well as alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
• Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency.
• Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
• Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels.
• Prepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment ...), products under repair.
• Organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems.
• Organizes the Display objects system.
• Participate in the correct management of Uniforms flow.
• Participate in the correct management of correct flow of Gifts flow.
• Correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments.
• Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced.
• Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives.
• Manage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT systemParticipate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing.
• Support the management of the warehouse activities related to sales.
• Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Support Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager).
• Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need.
• Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used.
• Keep updates and organizes the archive monthly basis.
• Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters.
