Job summary

PVH Europe, home to TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Bijenkorf stores in the Netherlands. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and demonstrate fashion knowledge on the shop floor in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You must be energetic, Dutch-speaking, and capable of multi-tasking while driving store KPIs and offering outfit recommendations. Join us to help create an outstanding customer experience.

• You have previous experience within hospitality/retail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction with excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer questions.
• Be a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Provide outfit recommendations and further product suggestions.
• Assess customer needs and provide information about product features.
• Supervise store KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure store and warehouse maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed appropriately.
