Job summary

Róhe in Amsterdam seeks a Creative Pattern Maker to collaborate with our Creative Director, Senior Pattern Makers, Development and Production teams, guiding each collection from idea to final production.

You will study shape and volume, develop patterns and toiles, and participate in fittings to ensure accuracy throughout development and production, working with luxury fabrics and meticulous craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Pattern Maker in luxury womenswear.
• Proficient in traditional manual pattern drafting and CAD software.
• Strong eye for proportions, shape and technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with Creative Director and design team on initial concept and sketches.
• Develop patterns, toiles and prototypes from concepts.
• Experiment with volume, proportion and construction.
• Participate in model fittings and refine garments through development.
• Ensure design is reflected from development to final production.
• Advise on construction, fit, fabric and finishing with technical expertise.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Róhe's pattern-making techniques.
